How To Get Ugly Bastard Helm?
The Ugly Bastard Helm, much like other items in Diablo 4, is obtained as a random drop from enemies or inside chests. The process of obtaining this item involves a lot of RNG, which can be quite frustrating. We recommend farming World Bosses and participating in World Events such as the Gathering Legion for a chance to obtain the Ugly Bastard Helm.
Alternatively, you can also get this item as a drop from the Helltide events. Obtain Cinder by defeating enemies in the event and use the resource to open Tortured Chests for the item. You can also test your luck and spend Murmuring Obols at the Purveyor of Curiosities, but we wouldn’t recommend doing so as the chances are low. Keep farming the stuff mentioned above, and you’re bound to get the Ugly Bastard Helm.
What Does Ugly Bastard Helm Do?

The Ugly Bastard Helm comes with the following affixes and boosts:
- + 21.0 – 30.0% Fire Resistance
- 8.0 – 12.5% Wrath of the Berserker Cooldown Reduction
- Lucky Hit: Up to a 40% Chance to deal 605 – 850 Fire Damage
- 2-3 points boost to Prolific Fury
- Boost to Aggressive Resistance
- Explode when activating Wrath of the Berserker, dealing 100 – 300% Fire damage to enemies. While Berserking, damage you would deal is converted to Fire damage. You deal 60-80% increased Fire damage.
