To create your preferred Horadric Spells, you need the three core components—Catalysts, Infusions, and Arcana. While you can obtain Catalysts and Infusions by completing certain quests as a part of the seasonal questline, Arcana can be acquired through Horadric Strongrooms.

You can acquire Magic Arcana like Tranquil Stone randomly by clearing Horadric Strongrooms, found within Nightmare Dungeons. To acquire higher rarity Arcana like Rare and Legendary, you need to complete the seasonal progression and claim specific Tier rewards.

How To Use Tranquil Stone in Diablo 4

While a Horadric Spell requires one Catalyst, one Infusion, it can have up to three Arcana. Equip the Tranquil Stone at an Arcana slot from the Horadric Spellcraft menu.

You can also upgrade the Arcana from there using Horadric Phials, which further enhances its effect. Once equipped, Tranquil Stone grants the Unstoppable effect to your Catalyst for 3 seconds, with a 0.4-second increase per rank. The Unstoppable status effect removes or prevents control-impairing effects, enhancing your movement.
