There are a total of nine randomly occurring events in the standard game server of Dig It. Their occurrence and details are listed below, along with an explanation of what happens during each event. Again, bear in mind that these events are randomly triggered:
Colossal Worm Event
In this server event in Dig It, you will have an increased chance of getting the Colossal Worm from Badlands Island. The Colossal Worm is a mythical item, and you can find it in a big yellow circle at the center of the island. Simply go to that spot and start digging to have an increased chance of finding this item.
Falling Stars Event
In this server event in Dig It, falling stars will fall from the sky and land on each island in the game. Dig these stars for rewards, and you can also get modifiers on them. The spawn rarity of this event is 16%.
Ioniser Shovel Event
This server event in Dig It sees a UFO ship randomly landing anywhere on the map. If you happen to come across this UFO, take a look underneath to find the Ionizer Shovel. This event also has a spawn rarity of 16%.
Lunar Cloud Event
When this event is active, you get access to Lunar Cloud Island. This island holds nearly 20 diggable items. Usually spawning in the middle of the ocean, this event has a spawn rarity of 22% on the standard game server.
Meteor Event
During this event, a large meteor collides with the earth. Gamers must join forces and break the meteor to discover and purchase the Meteor Shovel. Also, the gamer who has broken the most out of the meteor will be awarded a mythical item known as the Meteor Core, which can either be kept or sold for a good price.
Rainbow Event
During this event, players have a 5% chance to dig up any item with the Rainbow Modifier or Enchant in the game. This applies to all the islands in the game, except for Lunar Cloud Island, which by itself is a separate event. This event has a spawn rarity of 11.67% in the game server.
Rainstorm Event
This unique event is similar to the Lunar Cloud Island event, where you can access a new set of items containing several fishes in the game. You also have a chance to purchase the rare Megalodon Shovel as well. This event has a spawn rarity of less than 22%.
Watchful Moon Event
The Watchful Moon event is the most anticipated by gamers because it provides a +40% Luck boost to all players on the server while this event is active. This means more rare items to dig up. Look at the sky to see the blue smiling moon, and you will know that your luck, at least for a while, is a tad bit higher.
Woolly Mammoth Event
During this event, every gamer on the server has an increased chance of getting the Woolly Mammoth mythical item from the Permafrost Region. Look for a blue circle inside the cave section and dig there to have a chance to get the mythical item. This event has a spawn rarity of 22% on the standard game server.
