The Tools are essential at the initial stages of the game to collect resources and craft new items, and advanced Tools while progressing the word. Gather resources and use crafting stations like workbenches to craft the Tools in Enshrouded. Use an Axe on the trees to collect wood or use a Pickaxe to obtain Stone. Upgrade your Tools from time to time to make them more effective or acquire a better Tool for more durability.

What are Tools in Enshrouded

Tools are essential items in Enshrouded, allowing players to gather resources, craft items, and build structures. Each Tool has a specific purpose and you can craft it from different materials, each with its own properties and durability. Each Tool serves a crucial role in the game and is necessary to use while progressing the game. Pickaxes are mainly good for mining rocks, ores, and other minerals. This is a fundamental tool you need to acquire resources to craft structures or advanced Tools. However, Hammer is good for constructing complex buildings or upgrading structures. Tools like Steel Axes and advanced Pickaxes allow you to deal damage and collect resources quickly.

Types of Tools in Enshrouded

There are 8 different types of Tools that the game offers to every player while exploring the world of Enshrouded. Each Tool type has its own purpose and you can get it by either crafting it at the Workshop or finding it in different areas. Torch is good to light up the dark areas especially crucial when exploring dungeons or caves. Summoning Staff helps summon rescued survivors to your base and place them in buildings. You can also level hills or make slopes into areas using the Rakes.

Falling Axes

Felling Axes is a Tool good for chopping down trees to collect Wood Logs, Twigs, and Resin. You can also use it to clear wooden obstacles and fight enemies in a pinch. You can only chop down and destroy Shroud Roots with at least a Scrappy Axe, a regular Axe is not sturdy enough.
