The first title update’s major highlights are Mizutsune, Arch-tempered Rey Dau, and the new Gathering Hub (Grand Hub). Apart from that, the update will also include new seasonal events akin to the ones that were present in Monster Hunter World. Furthermore, Capcom is also adding the highly requested Arena Quests to Monster Hunter Wilds with title update 1. The Arena Quests will work roughly the same way as they used to in Monster Hunter Rise, albeit with a new multiplayer spin. The Arena Quests will take place in the Wounded Hollow and offer players the chance to hunt monsters in record times and get their names up on the online leaderboards.
Apart from that, the update will also mark the start of Capcom’s collaboration events and accompanying cosmetics. Here’s a brief look at all the new features coming to Monster Hunter Wilds with title update 1:

Lastly, the High Rank version of Zoh Shia will be available to hunt at Hunter Rank 50. All these monsters will feature brand-new armor sets for the hunter and the Palico, new weapons, and also, Investigations. Arch-tempered Rey Dau will feature the new Rey Dau Gamma sets.
Here’s a rundown of the new monsters and their requirements:

Gathering Hub (Grand Hub)

The title update 1 also adds the Gathering Hub to Monster Hunter Wilds. The new Gathering Hub is called the Grand Hub and is accessible at Hunter Rank 16 after talking to Tetsuzan in Suja. The Gathering Hub will act as a place where players in a lobby can get together and complete side activities like Barrel Bowling, arm-wrestling, etc. Furthermore, with the Gathering Hub, Capcom is also adding the highly requested cooking and food buff-related animations to Monster Hunter Wilds.
Arena Quests

The Arena Quests are making a return to Monster Hunter Wilds with the title update 1. Arena Quests are essentially optional hunts that offer a unique gameplay challenge. In Arena Quests, you’re given a specific set of weapons and loadout to hunt a monster. Furthermore, the quests also have specific time restrictions. Completing the quests rewards you with Pendants, which can be equipped on weapons and the Seikret.
Collaboration Events and Cosmetics

The title update 1’s release will also come with plenty of new cosmetics and Capcom collaborations. In the title update showcase, Capcom confirmed returning outfits for the Handler (Alma) from Monster Hunter World. Furthermore, the title update 1 will also feature the option to change Alma’s outfits and glasses. There are also going to be special quests for unlocking the new cosmetics. Details on these quests will be revealed close to the update’s release.
