A new Star Wars game is arriving soon. Here is everything you need to know about Lucasfilm Games’ new Star Wars Zero Company.
EA and Lucasfilm have just announced Star Wars: Zero Company, the newest game set in the Star Wars universe. Zero Company is a single-player turn-based tactics game and is being developed by Bit Reactor alongside Respawn Entertainment.

Star Wars: Zero Company takes place during the Clone Wars. In the game, you play as Hawks, a former Republic Officer and current leader of Zero Company – a ragtag group of mercenaries from across the galaxy.
This Company fights the “war beneath the war,” running covert operations against the Separatist Droid Army. As Hawks, your role is to lead this unconventional group-for-hire to victory against the Droids and “an emerging threat that may consume the galaxy if left unchecked.”
The members of Zero Company come from varying backgrounds. Some of the members who will be at your command include clone troopers, droids, astromechs, a Mandalorian, and even a Jedi. These people are under an uneasy alliance. But they will have to put aside their differences and work together if they wish to achieve victory.

What Is Star Wars Zero Company’s Gameplay Like?
Zero Company is a turn-based tactics game. As Hawks, the leader of Zero Company, you will have to command Zero Company on the battlefield. From what we can see in the trailer, the gameplay is similar to that of the XCOM series.
You will have to maneuver your squad mates across different battlefields and choose the best plan of attack to defeat your enemies. You will be able to fully customize Hawks’ appearance and combat class, and also the appearance, loadout, and abilities of your teammates.
Outside of combat, you can develop bonds between your allies to unlock combat synergies. You will also be able to develop a base of operations and gather intelligence through a network of informants.
What Is the Release Window of the Game?
Currently, an exact release date has not been given for Star Wars Zero Company. However, we do know that it is set for release in 2026 for Windows, the PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series X/S. That was everything we know about the upcoming Star Wars Zero Company game.
