FaZe Clan member Lacy has claimed that rappers are using streamers for fame post Dave Blunts’ diss on Plaqueboymax in his latest song.
On January 25, 2025, American rapper Dave Blunts released a diss directed at FaZe Clan member Plaqueboymax, which caused a media frenzy. The song was released at a time when the two are at odds, with Blunts claiming that the latter made fun of him in their previous Twitch stream collaborations.
This came after Blunts discussed his feelings with N3on that Plaqueboymax does not respect him. Blunts added that Plaqueboymax asked him to engage in odd and irrelevant activities rather than music-related ones during his streams.
A clip of FaZe Clan member Lacy is being shared where he is seen reacting to the diss track. In reaction to the track, he says that the culture has changed and now rappers are trying to use streamers for popularity. He said:
Yo! It’s actually crazy to see how the culture has shifted. I swear like two to three years ago streamers were trying to use rappers name and use rappers for this and that and try to get clout. But, it is completely shifted to where rappers are now trying to use streamers to boost themselves.

Additionally, the FaZe Clan member went on to talk about how Plaqueboymax was the reason behind it. He also added that it started because of Adin Ross’ collaborations with other rappers. He added:
It’s actually crazy. And Max is a big reason why to be honest. Max is probably the biggest reason why. No, he is the biggest reason why. It goes both ways but it doesn’t anymore. Because, the thing is that people don’t really care. The way it used to be, people cared. Adin started it. Adin started the whole thing. Adin started the whole thing 100%.
Dave Blunts’ Diss on FaZe Clan Member Plaqueboymax
Dave Blunts’ diss came into the limelight because streamer DJ Akademiks posted a video of the rapper lip-syncing to his lyrics. Although the full song has not yet been made available, Dave Blunts can be heard singing along to the following lyrics in the video snippet,
“My bi**h went on stage, she just won the fame. Ni**as speakin’ down on me, they talkin’ on my name. Plaqueboymax invited me to play some Diddy games.”

FaZe Clan member Plaqueboymax has been criticized by Blunts before. On January 16, 2025, Dave Blunts had a conversation with streamer N3on about his lack of interest in Plaqueboymax. The rapper elaborated on his remarks following N3on’s suggestion that Blunts and Plaqueboymax should collaborate. He said,
“He doesn’t like me. He invited me to do weird s**t.”
