Unlock new paths in Fisch with the powerful Pickaxe! Find out where to get it, how to use it, and master the Northern Summit.
Roblox’s fishing simulator, Fisch, just got cooler. The Northern Expedition update brought chilly mountains and brand-new adventures. There’s more than fish waiting out there now, including a shiny new Pickaxe. Fishing poles won’t clear away ice barriers, after all. To survive and thrive, you’ll need this trusty new tool by your side. But securing the Pickaxe isn’t exactly a walk in the park.
You’ll navigate winding trails, freezing winds, and oxygen-starved heights. A challenge? Sure, but that’s half the fun. Reaching the summit and getting your Pickaxe takes preparation and a little know-how.
How to Get the Pickaxe in Fisch
The Pickaxe is part of the Northern Expedition update and can be found at the Northern Summit. To get it, follow these steps carefully.
1. Travel to the Northern Summit
First, you need to reach the Northern Summit. Head to the Northern Expedition marker, where you will find a portal. Step through it, and you will be transported to a new sea with the mountain island.
2. Prepare for the Climb
Before starting your climb, purchase a Basic Oxygen Tank for 1,000C$. Without it, you won’t get far. The Northern Summit has extremely cold temperatures, and the oxygen depletes quickly at higher elevations.
3. Follow the Path Up the Mountain
Once you are ready, start climbing. Walk past a series of stairs and ladders to the edge of the mountain, then, when you come to the camps, rest and refresh your oxygen tanks. Keep moving forward until you reach a split in the path just before a large cave.
4. Find the Third Camp and Buy the Pickaxe
At this split, take the left path to reach the third camp. There, you will find the Pickaxe resting on a box. To claim it, you must pay 5,000C$. Once purchased, the Pickaxe is yours to use.
Now, it is possible to break through certain obstacles at the summit with the help of a pickaxe. You can break frozen barriers in your way or to some places that you haven’t yet accessed. It’s also handy for clearing ice from levers, which is crucial for obtaining special items like the Ice Warpers Rod.
Following these instructions will not only secure the Pickaxe but also massively improve your exploration capabilities in Fisch.
