To claim it, prepare to chase down five cursed fish for Clover McRich, a quirky NPC with a rainbow overhead. The catch happens in elusive Lucky Pools that pop up every 30 minutes, so timing is everything.
How to Get the Shamrock Rod in Fisch
The Shamrock Rod is a limited-time item in Fisch, available only during the Fisch Lucky Event. To unlock it, you need to catch and submit five special event fishes to Clover McRich, a new NPC introduced for this event. Follow these steps to get the Shamrock Rod before the event ends.
Step 1: Find Clover McRich
Clover McRich is located behind Captain Ahab on Moosewood Island. He is easy to spot because there is a huge rainbow floating above his head.
Step 2: Catch the Five Lucky Event Fishes
To get the Shamrock Rod, you must catch five special fishes that represent Clover McRich’s cursed brothers. These fishes spawn inside a Lucky Pool, which appears every 30 minutes at a random location.
When the pool spawns, a message will appear at the top of the screen saying, “A Lucky Event has started in your server.” Once this happens, immediately spawn your shipwright and start searching for the Lucky Pool.
Here are the five fishes you need to catch:
- Blarney McBreeze (Blue)
- O’Mango Goldgrin (Orange)
- Plumrick O’Luck (Purple)
- Rowdy McCharm (Red)
- Sunny O’Coin (Yellow)
Step 3: Be Fast, or Someone Else Will Get the Fish
Lucky Pools spawn randomly, and any player can catch the required fish first. If another player gets the fish before you, you must wait for the next Lucky Pool spawn. Keep an eye on the event timer and act fast.
Step 4: Submit the Fishes to Clover McRich
Once you have caught all five fishes, return to Clover McRich on Moosewood Island. Submit the fishes and you will immediately receive the Shamrock Rod as a reward.
This event is time-limited, so if you want this rod, don’t waste time. You might have to compete with other players, so stay alert when the event announcement appears.
