The Desolate Deep update introduced new fish, diving gear, and hidden treasures. Among them, the Trident Rod stands out as the most powerful fishing tool. It boosts luck by 100% and increases lure speed by 20%. Unlocking it takes patience, effort, and a little luck.
How To Get the Trident Rod in Fisch Roblox
The Trident Rod is one of the best fishing gears in Fisch, but unlocking the rod requires time, effort, and a lot of money. Follow this step-by-step guide to get the Trident Rod as efficiently as possible.
Step 1: Complete the Desolate Bestiary
Before you can access the Trident Rod, you must catch every fish in the Desolate Bestiary. This bestiary is located in the Desolate Deep and consists of two areas:
- Desolate Pocket – The first region where you can start fishing.
- Brine Pool – A poisonous area that requires a Reinforced Rod for fishing.
To reach the Desolate Bestiary, first, buy Diving Gear from the Shipwright on Moosewood Island for 3,000 C$. Then, travel to (-790, 142, -3101) near the Statue of Sovereignty. Look for a red buoy floating on the water. Dive beneath it and follow the tunnel while avoiding floating mines.
Once inside, speak to NPC Clarence to find the Brine Pool. Catching every fish in these areas will complete the bestiary.
Step 2: Collect Five Enchant Relics
After finishing the bestiary, the next step is collecting five Enchant Relics. These relics are required to open the Trident Temple’s door. You can get them in three ways:
- Fishing – Some relics can be randomly caught while fishing.
- Buying from Merlin – Each relic costs 11,000 C$, totaling 55,000 C$ if you buy all five.
- Completing the Witch’s Cauldron quests – Submitting collected items to the Witch’s Cauldron will reward you with three relics.
If you plan to buy all relics instead of finding them, expect to spend around 220,000 C$ in total, including the cost of the Trident Rod and diving gear.
Step 3: Find and Unlock the Trident Temple
With all five relics in hand, you can now unlock the Trident Temple and claim the Trident Rod. Follow these steps:
- Return to the Desolate Pocket Merchant near the bestiary entrance.
- Move to the opposite side of the merchant and dive into the water.
- Look for a purple coral flower on the seabed and swim toward it.
- Enter the small opening behind the coral and follow the passage.
- Inside, you will find an altar with five pedestals and a large door with an eye symbol.
- Place the five Enchant Relics on the pedestals. When they start glowing green, the eye door will lift, revealing a passage.
- Enter the Trident Temple and find the Trident Rod resting on a pile of gold and jewels.
Once the door is open, it will stay open for everyone on the server. If you’re playing with friends, coordinate with them so multiple people can claim the rod without collecting relics individually.
Step 4: Purchase the Trident Rod
The final step is buying the Trident Rod for 150,000 C$. Once purchased, it will be added to your inventory immediately.
