Horizon Realm is a new game mode that releases along with one of the biggest launches in Forza Horizon’s history. A previously exclusive title on the Xbox is now available to play on the PlayStation 5. As a bonus for this monumental release, the new game mode releases are bundled with 17 new trophies to accompany you through this new journey.

| Master of Realms | Bronze | Complete Skill mode in each and every realm. |
| Stunt-tacular | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using any Hoonigan car in the Stunt Park. |
| You’re on Thin Ice | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using the 2015 Volvo V60 Polestar in the Ice Rink. |
| Tidy Little Bow | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using the 2013 KTM X-Bow R in the Oval Track. |
| Party Like It’s 1987 | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using the 1987 Pontiac Firebird at the Summer Party. |
| Right at Home | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using any Nissan car at Dia de Muertos. |
| Driving in a… | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using any Lotus car in the Winter Wonderland. |
| Winging It | Bronze | Complete Skill mode using any Aston Martin car in the Lunar Drift Arena. |

| Time-Wyrm | Bronze | Drive at or above 88mph for 1 minute at the Lunar Drift Arena. |
| Free Bird | Bronze | Earn a total of 100 Speed Skills during Free Mode. |
| Keep that Camera Rolling | Bronze | Click a picture of 25 different cars in Free Mode. |
| Drifting, Drifting, Drifting | Bronze | Earn a total of 150 Drift or E-Drift Skills in Free Mode. |
| Spanning Generations | Bronze | Drive a car from every decade in Free Mode. |
| Demolisher | Bronze | Earn a total of 200 Wreckage Skills during Free Mode. |
