If you liked Repo, here are 5 more games that you can try out with your friends for more co-op horror fun.

Indulge in this co-op genre (Source: semiwork)

Repo is a co-op horror game that came out on PC on February 26, 2025, and is now aiming for a console release. While horror is not new to the world of gaming, co-op is rarely found in this genre. This is because developers try to make horror games more serious, and co-op tends to bring laughter along with it.

However, if having fun and exchanging funny moments is your motive, you will love the list we have prepared for you.

Repo-Like Games You Might Enjoy

All the games here were released before Repo. So, none of them can be considered a “copy” of the latest project by semiwork. Moreover, we also don’t claim Repo to be a copy of any game present on this list. Following are the games that we think you will enjoy if you liked Repo:

  • Lethal Company
  • Content Warning
  • Outlast Trials
  • Pacify
  • Lockdown Protocol

If you wish to know more about these picks or why we put them on the list, keep scrolling below.

1. Lethal Company

Just like Repo, Lethal Company is also about selling valuable things. However, this time around, players are visiting abandoned moons to source their primary income. This game was developed and published by Zeekerss, an independent developer.

The game is pretty similar to Repo, where you have to avoid monsters and extract valuables safely. It supports up to 4 players in co-op. So, if you can fill the squad, definitely try it out!

2. Content Warning

Content Warning has a pretty similar concept to that of R.E.P.O. and Lethal Company. The only huge difference is that this game is all about shooting “vlogs” wherever you go. So, you are essentially recording videos of your dangerous encounters to make money. There is no seriousness involved in the game. Competitive players may not like Content Warning a lot but can enjoy tackling different creatures in the game.

3. Outlast Trials

Players can carry their 4-player squad into the Outlast Trials to experience horror in the same old terrifying way as Outlast likes to do it. The game is a horror-survival at its core. This means that it can be extremely scary. However, when you are with your friends, things aren’t as bad.

While it may not be as unserious as Repo, the game can still be fun based on your expectations from the gameplay. It directly ties into the Outlast franchise. So, if you are a fan of the series, that’s an added bonus.

4. Pacify

Real fans of the horror genre know there are multiple types of horror. The most popular one is the typical “demonic possession” storyline. Well, Pacify will give you plenty of that. This one is an asymmetrical co-op horror survival game developed by Shawn Hitchcock.

The ghost here is controlled through AI and has a backstory. Players are required to “pacify” the demonic spirits through rituals. None of it is made easy considering there is an evil force out for you in the vicinity. Although you can make things harder for yourself and play it in single-player mode, we suggest jumping in with a full 4-player squad, enabling the proximity voice chat, and let the chaos take over!

5. Lockdown Protocol

This is not “horror” in a traditional sense. On a side note, though, when you are working to maintain a place as a team and you learn that there is an impostor among you, it is a dreadful feeling. Lockdown Protocol builds on this theme in the first person and allows all players weapons to make things even more chaotic.

While dissidents (or bad guys) have the guns since the beginning, the regular players can also find them during the game. The task is to not let the dissidents win through sabotaging. It is a far cry from Repo but is similar in its co-op function and chaotic gameplay.
