Here is all you need to know about the LS Car Meet that was added in the Los Santos Tuner update in GTA Online.
The Los Santos Tuner content update introduced a new location called LS Car Meet. This location is where players can gather and flex their customized vehicles in the game. Additionally, they also progress through a separate reputation point system that unlocks various customization options for vehicles in the game by participating in various activities.
However, there are a ton of activities to go through as part of the LS Car Meet that can be a bit confusing for some players. This is why it can be a bit intimidating if you don’t know which to prioritize first.
In this guide, let’s discuss all you need to know about the LS Car Meet and the various rewards you can unlock.

How to Join LS Car Meet in GTA Online
To participate in various activities in the LS Car Meet, players must first purchase a membership from Mimi for $50,000. You can visit the area for free but you can’t do much inside unless you are a member.
LS Car Meet Membership Benefits
Once you have purchased a membership, you can access a plethora of features such as:
- Merch Shop
- Tattoo Parlor
- Mod Shop
- Prize Ride Challenges
- Private Takeover
- Test Drive
- Discounted Trade Price
There are a lot of perks to go over. Here is a quick rundown of each feature as a member of the LS Car Meet.
Private Takeover
Once you reach Reputation Level 20, You can pay an additional $50,000 to Mimi and she will grant you the privilege of owning the LS Car Meet venue. You can invite other players who are in free roam and customize the area yourself. However, keep in mind that the ownership becomes void if you close the game entirely. You can still continue to own the venue if you simply switch lobbies.
Clothing Shop
The Clothing Shop offers a wide assortment of exclusive clothing that only members can purchase. You can find this section by heading to a white van with graffiti next to a pile of boxes and hanging clothes. Keep in mind that you need to reach a specific reputation level to access most of the items in this shop.
Mod Shop
A unique car workshop that allows you to customize your car while other players can see you do it in real-time. This is where you can attach Low Grip Tires to your vehicles.
Prize Ride Challenges
This section allows you to win a featured car by completing all the challenges every week. The prize changes every week, so you have a reason to go back and take on the challenges.
Test Drive
You can test drive featured vehicles or personal vehicles in the LS Car Meet venue. A race track will be provided for you to drive your car around and check what suits your taste. You can play various game modes here like time trials or a head-to-head race with other players.
If you just want to see some action, you can spectate other players who are testing some rides. If you like one of the featured vehicles, you can purchase them here too.
Discounted Customization and Trade Price
If you own the Auto Shop and are also a member of the LS Car Meet, you get around a 5% discount on all vehicle modifications. Additionally, you can unlock trade prices for various vehicles as you level up your reputation.
Tattoo Parlor
A basic Tattoo shop. There is no difference between this shop and all the other tattoo shops outside the LS Car Meet area. This is arguably the least interesting section in the location.

LS Car Meet Reputation System Explained
Almost all of the content in the LS Car Meet is locked behind the reputation system. You gain RP by participating in various activities inside the venue. Additionally, you can earn passive RP by simply staying inside the location.
How to Earn Reputation Points
Here is a list of ways you can get RP for the LS Car Meet:
- Daily Bonus
- Passive Bonus
- First-Time Activity Bonus
- Racing Game Modes
A quick rundown of each activity can be found below.
Daily Bonus
By entering the LS Car Meet venue at least once a day, you gain RP which increases for each login streak up to 30 days of checking in the area. After 30 days, you will gain 500 points daily just by entering the area.
Passive Bonus
By simply staying inside the LS Car Meet area, you can gain a passive 10 reputation points every 4 minutes. However, this reward caps at 100 points in 40 minutes before going on an 8-minute cooldown. You won’t get any passive RP while it’s on cooldown.
Additionally, you can double the amount you gain by another 10 points if you wear any LS Tuners clothing. This makes it 200 points per 40 minutes. Furthermore, each LS Tuners clothing purchase you make will give you 25 RP
First-Time Activity Bonus
A First-Time Activity Bonus is only rewarded once per completion. These rewards are given after participation in the following activities:
Racing Game Modes
Participating in Races will allow you to gain RP based on your leaderboard position and the number of participants. Here is a list of the amount of RP you can gain based on your position and the number of players participating:
