The Agency comes with its own set of VIP Contracts, which act as missions and will end in heists. That may be one of your motivations for opening this business in the first place. Apart from that, if you own an Agency in GTA Online, you also get access to a 20-vehicle parking garage!
But most of all, this business gives you $250 every 48 real-life minutes. This is not much, but it can be increased up to $20,000 because $500 gets added to this passive income for every 5 contracts you complete. Let’s learn how you can get it booming.

Before You Start an Agency in GTA Online
There are a few things that you must keep in mind before starting your own Agency. Let’s start with these tips to give you a head start. You will want to remember the following things when starting off:
- You can choose any location for your Agency because it doesn’t get raided like other illegal businesses in the game. However, if you have money, try going for the one at Hawick. The cheaper and more “GTA money” value option would be the Agency at Little Seoul.
- You will have the option to customize the place. None of it is necessary, but the customizations that you must add are Armory, Accommodation, and Vehicle Workshop.
- Armory will let you buy armor and other weapons at a discounted price. You can also replenish your armor and ammo from here. This is exactly why having Accommodation here would make sense, so that each time you spawn, you can replenish your stuff. Lastly, the Vehicle Workshop is important because it gives you access to lots of tech that you wouldn’t otherwise have and removes the need for you to visit Los Santos Customs. You can also install a Lock-On Missile Jammer here, which is not available anywhere else. It is expensive, so you can save that job for later.
- Since the Contracts increase your passive income, they are important. They are also one of your primary sources of income in an Agency. A Contract can pay anywhere between $30,000 to $70,000 depending on the difficulty. There are three levels from the worst-paying to the best, namely: Professional+, Specialist, Specialist+.
- You can either access these Contracts from your Agency or call Franklin any time to ask him to assign you one. The latter will be random, so only accept if that works for you.
- Speaking of Franklin, he is useful when you are at your 5-minute Contract cooldown time. Call him up and ask for a Payphone Hit. Eliminating your target doesn’t offer that good of pay unless you complete the bonus objective. This requires you to eliminate the target using specific methods listed on the top left of your screen. The bonus itself can give you up to $70,000! It has a cooldown of 48 minutes, which you can then cool off by doing a Contract.
