The Slormancer does not have progression like you would traditionally expect from an ARPG, with one main quest and multiple side missions branching off from it. Instead, the game uses the entire campaign more like a tutorial to prepare you for the final boss in the endgame, using its various maps and challenges. You will need roughly more than 47 hours, including both the campaign and the endgame content.

With that in mind, here is a spoiler-free breakdown of how much time you can expect to spend on The Slormancer.

How Much Content Does The Slormancer Have?

Campaign: 7 Hours

The campaign begins by choosing one of three classes with distinct playstyles. However, you will soon be able to switch between the classes following the first mission. Each class has its own progression and weapons called Slorm Reapers to collect. As you complete the missions, you will be introduced to the game’s mechanics step by step, from crafting, forging, and looting to character specializations, evolving Reapers, and collecting resources.

By the time you complete the Royal Wing act and finish the campaign, your character will be around level 40, and you can begin playing the endgame.

Endgame: More Than 40 Hours

The Slormancer’s endgame includes maxing out each class, collecting Slorm Reapers, leveling up gear, and preparing for the ultimate boss fight. Each class can reach level 100. There are 120 Slorm Reapers to collect, level up, and evolve per class. Each weapon can offer the potential for a new build as it improves. Your endgame will revolve around collecting the best Slorm Reapers by clearing a variety of maps and Breaches. These will give you random drops that improve based on your level.

Therefore, you will want to reach level 100 as soon as possible. This will allow you to start farming Slorm Reapers up to level 120. After that, the sky is the limit for your playtime. How long you play the game will depend on how involved you are in theorycrafting and trying out new builds. A relatively high proportion of The Slormancer’s player base has reportedly played over 100 hours while still finding new things to explore.
