How To Add More Character Slots in Path of Exile 2
Currently, there are no ways to expand the 24-character slots in the game. If you reach the maximum limit, follow this steps:
Delete characters
Here’s how you can do it:
- Decide on which character you want to remove on the character selection screen.
- Hover over to the character you wish to remove.
- Select the Delete option at the bottom of the screen.
- Once the process is complete, the character is permanently removed from your save file and you get one empty slot.
Keep in mind that this option is not reversible. Once you delete a character in Path of Exile 2, it’s gone forever. Make sure to transfer any precious gear to another character before you delete any character.
Purchase Character Slots
You can purchase extra character slots in Path of Exile 2 through the in-game shop. Head to the main menu select the Cosmetics tab and find the “Account Features” option. Here, you can purchase extra character slots for 30 points per slot.
You can acquire points by purchasing it using real money. If you have purchased the early access, you receive 300 points as a bonus. You can use these to purchase character slots in the game.
