Here are step-by-step instructions that you can follow to install the Liberty City Preservation Project 2025 mod in GTA 5 single-player:
- Download and Install the Open IV App
- Download and Install Script Hook V
- Join the official World Travel Discord
- Download and Extract the Singleplayer version of the mod
- Open the game.
Download and Install the Open IV App
Before anything else, you need to install a modding tool for GTA 5 called OpenIV. Simply head to their official website to download the latest version. After downloading the app, install it on your PC and start it up.
Once you open the app, choose GTA V from the list. You will need to find the location of your GTA 5 game directory. Once you choose the right directory, it will ask you to make a backup of your files. It is recommended that you do that before installing any mods in case it breaks your game.
Download and Install Script Hook V

How To Reach Liberty City in GTA 5
