The Devourer of Stars in Metaphor ReFantazio is particularly annoying, and several factors make it so. Other than it being really hard to defeat, the Devourer of Stars can do the following:
- It can limit your party-wide HP to a mere 300.
- Does not take damage from most spells other than Almighty.
- Can one-shot and insta kill your entire party.
You can find the Devourer of Dragons in the Tower of Insolence dungeon in Metaphor ReFantazio.

Ideally, your party should have the following Archetypes to beat the Devourer of Stars:

- Stack up on Almighty Panacea to remove Poison and debuffs.

Boss Fight Strategy to Defeat Devourer of Stars in Metaphor ReFantazio
Keep the following in mind while forming a strategy to defeat the Devourer of Stars in Metaphor ReFantazio:
- Use the Prince Archetype’s Royal Slash to deal heavy Almighty damage.
- Use Almighty Attacks only, since the Devourer of Stars is immune to most other magical attacks. Furthermore, other magical attacks will bounce back and deal damage to you instead.
- Do not use Repel Magic as the Devourer of Stars will counter to wipe out your entire party.
- When the dragon uses its Great Dragon’s Wrath attack, use the Trickster’s skills to remove debuffs or you will have to take heavy damage.
- Use healing items to remove debuffs and keep your party’s health up when in dire conditions.
