How to Get Fire Fly in Enshrouded
You can harvest Fire Fly right away in Enshrouded, because they can be found within the first regional area of Springlands. Additionally, you’ll continue to find them throughout the other regions of the world as well. Fire Fly only appear at night in the regular overland world. Furthermore, they do not appear in the Shroud.
As you travel through the world of Enshrouded keep a sharp eye out for spots of light at night. Fire Fly are always found in little groups of three or four small, flying bugs. To harvest them, all you have to do is go up to the bugs and press the button to grab them once you get close enough.
Finally, there isn’t a way to farm Fire Fly in Enshrouded. Therefore, you’ll want to take the extra time to grab the ones you see as you explore.
What is Fire Fly, and what is it used for?
In Enshrouded you can use Fire Fly to create the crafting ingredient Glow Dust. Glow Dust is a necessary ingredient for items such as Chain Heal staff charges, Healer Boots and Headwrap, and Wisp of Light flasks.
Chain Heal charges are especially important for those playing Healer builds with your friends. To craft Chain Heal charges you will first need to rescue the Alchemist and complete his personal quest to bring back his Mortar. Then, you can make Chain Heal charges with the following ingredients:
- 4 Bonemeal
- 5 Chamomile
- 1 Glow Dust
Additionally, you can use Fire Fly to craft various light fixtures. Fire Fly Lamp, Standing Lamp, Wall Lamp and Chandelier can all be made with Fire Fly. You’ll need at least 5 Fire Fly for each item you craft, along with additional materials such as Plant Fiber, Wood Longs, and Twigs.
