Magla Pills can be a tricky find in Metaphor ReFantazio. Here is a guide on how to obtain them if you haven’t found a stable source.
Magla Pills are consumable items that you will pick up randomly on your journey through the United Kingdom of Euchronia. However, you may have realized that these items drop pretty sparingly. Still, their scarce presence does not decrease the value that they hold in your gameplay.
You are not the only one scratching their heads on how to come across this pill. What these do is increase your magic power and restore 20 MP to one ally. Since they are so crucial, learning where to get these will only favor us.
Sadly, there is no straightforward way of obtaining Magla Pills in Metaphor ReFantazio. However, thanks to the internet and the online gaming community, people are figuring out how to farm these for their benefit. Before diving in, kindly note that not all farming methods guarantee the same level of success each time but it’s better to try than live without it.
Grinding Is a Part of the Game
You can’t jump into an RPG without accepting that you will be spending 60 hours in that game. If you are a ‘farmer’ of important items, we expect you to stay in this game probably way longer than that. We would also like to credit the pills’ random spawn mechanics for this.
Players can find the said pills spread randomly across the overworld in treasure chests alongside some Magla Potion. Apart from this, some other regular enemies like Papyros in the Giant Sandworm’s Nest also tend to drop these pills, while Magla Flowers, as their name suggests, can also be a good source.
The Trader’s Summit skill increases the effect of a consumable by 1.2x and even further if Archetypes of the same lineage are present in the party. Some players online have discovered that if you use this skill and mindlessly kill Papyros, Magla Flowers, or any other frequently spawning regular enemies that drop Magla Pills, you will be able to farm it effectively.
The farmed pills can be used right before a major battle. Gallica usually warns us before a big battle is near. Take some time to consume the Pills that you obtained by grinding hard. If the game adds an easier way to get these pills, we will surely update you.
