This guide explains how the skill system works in Atlyss and how to unlock more skills in KisSoft’s action RPG.
Atlyss, a single-player/online action RPG by KisSoft, is a fun-filled adventure game that takes you to mysterious lands crawling with various monsters and critters. Gather your squad and explore the realm filled with dangerous dungeons.
Your characters can be created from 5 distinct races such as Imp, Poon, Kobold, Byrdle, and Chang. Each resembles a creature type and comes with a unique starting skill, which we already have a separate coverage. However, starting with initial skills doesn’t mean you are locked into them. You can acquire more skills in Atlyss later in your playthrough. Here’s how it works.
How Does Skill System Work in Atlyss
You can learn more skills and add them to your skill book with an item called Skill Scrolls. You can find these Skill Scrolls throughout the world. Make sure to explore every nook and cranny to not miss any of these scrolls.
However, you can buy some of these from NPCs with crowns. Completing quests is the best way to earn these in-game currencies. You can equip up to six skills on your character.
If you want to reset all your skills and try out a new combination of skill sets for your character, it can also be achieved with a consumable called the Tome of Unlearning. The Tome of Unlearning resets all your skill points and allows you to replace them with various skills you already have.
