Technology Points are a crucial in-game currency that unlocks the recipe for various items. These points can be used in the ‘Technology’ tab on the menu. As you level up, you will get access to more essential items in the tab, which requires Technology Points to unlock. The items at the top level of the ‘Technology’ tab usually require only 1 Technology Point to unlock.
However, as you progress through higher levels, you find most items cost 2-3 Technology Points when you scroll through the bottom of the tab. So how to get these Technology Points in Palworld to meet all your needs and unlock all the recipes? Let’s find out.

Ways To Earn Technology Points in Palworld
The Technology Points are essential in Palworld, and there are several ways to acquire them effectively. The first and straightforward way is by leveling up yourself. You will be rewarded with Technology Points each time you level up. Additionally, you can also get some of these points by exploring the open world and unlocking the fast travel points. Unlocking a Fast Travel point rewards you with 1 Technology Point.
However, the points earned through the above ways won’t be adequate as you progress. So the developers added another method for players to get their hands on these prestigious points, which is the Technical Manual. These books come in three tiers: Technical Manual, High Grade Technical Manual, and Innovative Technical Manual.
These consumables can be obtained by completing boss battles, dungeons, and looting chests. The Palworld open-word contains three sanctuaries located at the corners of the map. Additionally, you will get the Technical Manuals by exploring these sanctuaries.

How To Get Ancient Technology Points in Palworld
Ancient Technology Points are the advanced version of Technology Points, which are much harder to obtain than normal Technology Points. The Ancient Technology Points unlock specific items that belong to the Ancient Technology tier, such as Egg Incubator and Statue of Power. Additionally, you need an item called Ancient Civilization Parts to craft these items once you unlock the recipe.
Defeating the Alpha Pals (World Bosses) is the best way to earn Ancient Technology Points and Ancient Civilization Parts. These bosses appear on your map as you discover more regions. Additionally, defeating the Syndicate Tower bosses rewards some Ancient Technology Points. Similar to the Technical Manual, you can also get Ancient Technology Points through Ancient Technical Manuals, which can be obtained in the Dungeon chests.
