A free Galacta Spray is coming to Marvel Rivals. Learn when it will be out for you to grab and how you can get it.
Marvel Rivals is offering a Galacta Spray to its players across all platforms. Within hours of its release, the game captured the attention of 10 million gamers worldwide, including PC and console players. Now, while the game is still in Season 0, the player count has reached a whopping 20 million!
NetEase feels like celebrating this milestone with the fans behind the screens who made it possible. They are showing their gratitude with the new free Galacta Spray that screams “20,000,000 Rivals!” We haven’t seen much of Galacta so far, but we know she is the narrator in the background of all our matches and training sessions and is the daughter of Galactus.
So, in a way, you will be getting a free spray of an intergalactic royal entity! To obtain it, players must log in between December 20, 2024, and January 10, 2025. Most likely, you will get it as a pop-up on the screen, or there may be a notice on the home screen itself.
Since the content is usually dropped according to PST, you may want to convert the date to your local time zone for accurate login time. It is absolutely free, and you won’t have to give anything to access it.
How To Apply the Galacta Spray in Marvel Rivals
While skins can be equipped almost directly after buying with an instantaneous click, sprays are a bit more complicated. The good part is that they are pretty easy to use. But when you get into a match, trying to show off your latest spray in your spawn, you may observe that it is missing.
The primary reason is that you need to keep it in your Emote Wheel. To do so, you must first head to the Hero section from your home screen. Now, select the Hero that you use the most (your “main”). Head to the Cosmetics tab and switch over to Sprays.
You can then equip whichever spray you have unlocked. There are several slots, so you don’t have to worry much about running out because you may not be using a lot of these sprays anyway.
The process is pretty easy, but the only drawback is that you have to individually edit the Emote Wheel for each hero. At least, that’s what we have discovered so far.
