K-Photo is a social Roblox game where you take photos and edit them. You can buy accessories, dress up as your favorite K-Pop artists, and showcase your photos in-game. The game asks you to become “socially savvy” by interacting with other players and sharing your in-game photos. This guide explains how to play K-Photo and become one of the most popular players on your server.
Unlike most Roblox titles, K-Photo does not have any role-playing or competitive aspects. It is meant to be a social game where you interact with other players and take cute photos.
How To Play K-Photo: Gameplay and Progression
K-Photo is available on mobile, PC, and console via Roblox. Once you launch the game, you can choose between a private server and a public server. Private servers are free in K-Photo. You can also choose who can join your multiplayer sessions.
Once you are in-game, there is no tutorial to guide you. Early-game missions are very simple and ask you to do things like:
- Take a photo
- Change a photo frame
- Unlock accessories
- Participate in events
- Build a social presence using photo displays
- Post photos on the in-game “Wall”

Explore “Spaces”
Spaces are in-game locations where you can interact with other players. Each Space has a unique aesthetic for taking photos in-game. Currently, you can explore the K-Photo Lobby, PopUp Street, and HanRiver. More locations could get added to the game in future updates.
Customize Your Avatar
There are plenty of free cosmetics to choose from during the early game. Things like hats, masks, K-pop outfits, and other items. To get more items, you have to roll in the gacha system and get random drops. You can get free rolls from events and codes that release regularly.
Take and Frame Photos
There are photo booths in the game that you can enter. You can take photos in a booth alone or with your friends. After taking a photo, the booths allow you to apply frames and customize the photos. You can download them for your device to post on social media or share them in-game.
If you take multiple photos, it can unlock more frame options. Your goal is to be popular within the game’s community. Drop rates for cosmetics are very low so you have to rely on events to unlock new customization options.
