How to Transform in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero
Transforming in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is simple. Make sure you pick a character capable of transforming. This list includes Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Frieza, Jiren, and many more.
While playing as these characters, your queue to transform will appear below the health bar in the top left corner of the screen. An icon displaying a blue arrow will point upward, indicating you can transform. When shown, press and hold Up on the D-Pad. This will bring up a widget on the left of your screen, showing you all the available transformations.
Each transformation has a corresponding face button. Press the button tied to the transformation you wish to undergo and a short animation will play out, getting you to your desired form. These transformations require skill points that you earn over the course of a battle. A Skill bar at the top will display the points available. The higher the scale of the transformation (say base Goku to Super Saiyan God Goku), the higher the Skill points required.
How to Fuse in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero
Fusion in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero works much the same way as the transformations do. Pick a team with characters that have a fused form, such as Goku and Vegeta for Vegito/Gojeta and Goten and Trunks for Gotenks.
Once you’ve selected the right roster, head to battle. Then, press and hold up on the D-Pad to bring up the transformation widget. Click on R1/RB to switch to the Fusion widget. Here, you will see the available fusions and their corresponding face buttons. Select the fusion you wish to undergo and a short animation will play out to get you to your desired form.
