There are eight active OfflineTV (OTV) members, including creators like LilyPichu, Disguised Toast, and Scarra.
OfflineTV (OTV) is a content creation group founded in 2017 by William “Scarra” Li, Chris Chan, and Imane “Pokimane” Anys. Over the years, the group has added new members to its production and management teams. The group’s content often features members of the “OfflineTV and Friends” group. They are not officially part of OTV, but the group is well-knit.
Currently, eight content creators are part of the active OfflineTV group. Several members have quit the group, including Pokimane, who was one of the co-founders. In addition to the active content creators, OTV also has a production and management team.
OfflineTV is one of the biggest content groups on Twitch and YouTube. As of December 2024, OTV has over 397,000 followers on Twitch and 3.27 million subscribers on YouTube. The group’s content revolves around fun activities, challenges, pranks, and gaming content featuring full-time members and friends.

Yvonne “Yvonnie” Ng
Yvonnie is a streamer who plays Valorant, League of Legends, and Teamfight Tactics content. After working as Pokimane’s personal assistant in 2017, Yvonnie joined OfflineTV in 2018 as a content creator. On top of content creation responsibilities, she is also the manager of the OfflineTV house.

Scarra is a variety streamer who plays Valorant, World of Warcraft, Teamfight Tactics, and League of Legends. He is a former esports professional and played as a League of Legends mid-laner for Team Dignitas. He is one of the founding members of OfflineTV, along with Chris Chan.
Jeremy “Disguised Toast” Wang
Disguised Toast is a YouTuber turned streamer who started his career with Hearthstone content. He quit Twitch for two years in 2019 after securing a $94 million contract with Facebook Gaming. While Toast is not a founding member of OfflineTV, he is one of the original members, as he joined just two months after the group’s inception.
Lily “LilyPichu” Ki
LilyPichu is a YouTube personality known for voice acting, 2D animations, singing, and vlogs. While she streams gaming content on Twitch, she is primarily known for her music. LilyPichu is also known for her role as Sayu in Genshin Impact, a popular gacha game by Hoyoverse. She joined OfflineTV in 2017 and is one of the founding members.

Michael Reeves is a former software developer turned YouTuber who used to make comedy videos. He started appearing in OfflineTV content in 2018 and was added as an official member in 2019. Reeves launched his Twitch channel in 2020, but he stopped creating content on the platform as he found it “mentally taxing.”
Sydney “Sydeon” Parker
Sydeon began streaming in January 2019 and quickly gained recognition for her content featuring first-person shooters, Minecraft, Among Us, and Pokemon. In 2021, she officially joined OfflineTV. During the group’s 2022 trip to Japan, Sydeon regularly posted daily content on her YouTube channel, showcasing other OfflineTV members.
Jodi “QuarterJade” Lee

QuarterJade, widely recognized for her Valorant content, has been streaming on Twitch since 2017. While her YouTube channel initially focused on Valorant, she has recently expanded into other games, react content, and OfflineTV group activities. Notably, she participated in Season 1 of OfflineTV’s Streamer Camp and later received an invitation from the group’s active members to officially join.
John “Masayoshi” Cable
Masayoshi, a popular Twitch streamer, is best known for his variety of gaming content and impressive speedruns. In addition to streaming, he also pursues a music career under the name nhoJ. In 2020, he made his music debut with PigMan, a parody of K-pop singer eaJ’s hit song Pacman. Two years later, in 2021, Masayoshi joined OfflineTV alongside fellow creators QuarterJade and Sydeon.
