Locating the Cave Altars in Dark and Darker
You are required to find two Cave Altars during the Goblin Merchant’s puzzle quest. These are:
- Cave Altar at Goblin Caves 2
- Cave Altar at Goblin Caves 4

Cave Altar at Goblin Caves 2
The first Cave Altar is located north of Goblin Town and is inside Goblin Caves 2. Additionally, you will find it between the Goblin Mine and Valley B. Once you arrive at the location, collect clues to progress in the quest.
Cave Altar at Goblin Caves 4
The second Cave Altar is in the northwestern region of Goblin Caves 4. It is to the left of the Cave Hideout. Also, you can use Valley B as a landmark, as the second Cave Altar is north of it.

Once you find the clues from both the caves, you can head towards the quest completion. However, discovering the Cave Altars will also make you eligible for the following rewards:
