Marvel Rivals has launched new emotes under the new Giant Size Brain Blast event. The latter is an event that started on 25th April 2025. It is a limited-time arcade mode that takes place on one of the Spider-Islands. It is the same map as the Conquest mode in the game. Players are divided into the regular teams of six heroes on each side. However, there’s a twist.

Every character has a bigger head. Not only does this make everyone look goofy, but it also makes hitscan characters who can deal critical shots more deadly. The team that secures the most kills in the given time wins! This mode has its separate leaderboard that can be accessed through the notice board on the left while on the Home Screen. But the new emotes are the real highlights.

Players can’t carry the giant heads of their favorite heroes to Quick Match, Competitive, or any other game mode. However, the developers have given us a small luxury in that matter. They have introduced new emotes to celebrate this new goofy event. These emotes are simple. They make the head of a specific favorite character, pop into giant size. There are two ways of obtaining them.

The easiest way is to use your 400 Units in the in-game Store and visit the new Specials section. There will be a list of Brain Blast emotes for all the characters on the roster. You can buy as many of these as you want here and apply them to the emote wheel of that character. We also have a free method of obtaining this emote.

Those who want a Brain Blast emote for free only have to play the event. Completing 10 matches will make you eligible to claim one Brain Blast emote for free. It doesn’t matter that you win or lose. Once 10 matches are completed, visit the same notice board on the Home Screen and click on the Brian Blast feature. Now, you must click on the tracker that has noted down the number of matches you played. You will then be able to select one Brain Blast and click on the Claim button.
