Who was the winner of the Grand Finals in Marvel Rivals Invitational North America tournament? Here’s all you need to know!

Marvel Rivals welcomes its first-ever Invitational North America winners! The tournament was a tough one, with four teams in the Upper and Lower Brackets each. Out of these eight teams, only one could be the winner. If you have been following the North American Invitational tournament and are a fan of the 100 Thieves, then you can rejoice! The 100 Thieves are the first-ever Marvel Rivals Invitational Champions. The Grand Finals were filled with interesting twists.
Marvel Rivals Invitational North America Grand Finals
The Grand Finals took place between the 100 Thieves and FlyQuest. The latter team made it to the Grand Finals after defeating the Sentinels. Unlike every other competitive match, the Grand Finals saw five games played back and forth. This Best of Five rule ended with the victory of 100 Thieves, but the victory didn’t come without its struggles. The map-wise results were as follows:

- Yggdrasill Path: 100 Thieves 2 – 1 FlyQuest
- Birnin T’Challa: 100 Thieves 2 – 0 FlyQuest
- Hall of Djalia: 100 Thieves 1 – 2 FlyQuest
- Hell’s Heaven: 100 Thieves 1 – 3 FlyQuest
- Midtown: 100 Thieves 1 – 0 FlyQuest
After winning two matches in a row, FlyQuest pulled themselves together and won the next two rounds. The last match was a tiebreaker. Both teams played well in Midtown, but 100 Thieves ended up bagging the win.
Heroes Marvel Rivals North America Winners Took

The team composition was fluid at times. Though neither team could pick the banned characters, they changed some heroes based on the requirements. Irrespective of what heroes the team chose, 100T kept the following class composition at all times:
- 2 Duelists: delenaa and Terra
- 2 Vanguards: Vinnie and TTK
- 2 Strategists: SJP and hxrvey
The primary highlight of the match was delenaa, in my opinion. The player chose to play as Hela in most of the games against FlyQuest. Although Hela is primarily a long-range character, delenaa did not hesitate to flank the enemy team unexpectedly and focused on killing their healers. Terra’s powerful portrayal of Wolverine was also impressive whenever it was not banned in the match. Logan worked as the perfect tank-buster.
