Marvel Rivals developers prepare to introduce new features related to two new skins in the game, showing they value community feedback.

Marvel Rivals is no stranger to adding new features to the game every now and then. The developers on the team listen to and value community feedback from players, and this is what the player base appreciates so much about them. There were a few complaints regarding two costumes in the game: Doctor Strange’s Multiverse of Madness costume and Thor’s Lord of Asgard costume. It turns out that the developers have changed both cosmetics, once again winning over the players.
New Features for Thor and Doctor Strange Skins in Marvel Rivals

Thor’s new costume Lord of Asgard skin, debuted in Marvel Rivals a few weeks ago. Ever since its release, the cape included in the costume has covered a large portion of the screen. This obstructs Thor players from fully seeing what’s in front of them. Things were a bit different for the Doctor Strane MCU skin, though. The latter was a legendary skin, so it had visuals that stood out, as well as different musical effects to enhance various abilities. But fans felt betrayed when the skin was released, and they bought it.
The in-game store page for the MCU skin showed him with all the undead hands popping out from the back. However, that wasn’t the case while playing the game. The hands only appeared when using the Maelstrom of Madness ability. Moreover, the expected haunting sound effects were minimal. Now, the developers of Marvel Rivals have introduced the much-requested features from the community.
The Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness skin is getting a major tweak. Players will now see the undead hands on the back of the Sorcerer Supreme at all times. They will feature a different animation when using the Maelstrom of Madness ability. Moreover, Strange’s voice is also being tweaked to enhance the haunting auditory effects of the skin. It will now sound deeper. As for Thor’s “Rune King” costume, the cape size is being adjusted to appear smaller than before, so it no longer obstructs the player’s view.
The changes for the Thor skin may be fewer, but the new features show how the developers are responsive to community feedback.
