Everything you need to know about Mecha Break’s PC optimization, including the best settings to use for optimal performance.

Mecha Break, the highly anticipated mech-action game from Amazing Seasun Games, is finally out in the wild. Players got a chance to try out parts of the game for themselves during the open beta earlier this year. However, the full game is now out, complete with all its multiplayer modes and content. Unlike some of the recently released free-to-play shooters, a la Marvel Rivals, Mecha Break is built using the Unity engine. However, despite not leveraging Unreal Engine 5, the game is incredibly detailed and also quite taxing on PC. While it isn’t nearly as demanding as most UE5-based triple-A titles, it still requires a system with sufficient power to maintain a stable frame rate at higher resolutions.
However, with a bit of tinkering, you can easily get the game running at more or less 60fps with minimal graphical sacrifice. Here’s a comprehensive PC optimization guide for Mecha Break, with a rundown of the best settings to use for the game.
Mecha Break PC System Requirements

Here are the official PC system requirements for Mecha Break:
Minimum
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i5-6500/AMD Ryzen 3 1300X or above
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650/AMD Radeon RX 570 or above
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 60 GB available space
- Additional Notes: For the best experience, install the game on an SSD.
Recommended
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i7-10700K/AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D or above
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/AMD Radeon RX 5700XT/Intel Arc B580 or above
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 60 GB available space
- Additional Notes: For the best experience, install the game on an SSD.
Do note that while Amazing Seasun Games recommends installing the game on an SSD, it can be played from a traditional HDD. However, using an HDD might require you to lower some settings to account for the slower storage bandwidth.
Best Settings for Mecha Break PC

Due to its use of the Unity engine, Mecha Break is mostly CPU-dependent. While you do need ample VRAM to run the game at a stable frame rate, it’s not the most demanding aspect. As long as you have at least 4 GB of VRAM, you should be able to maintain 60 FPS. On the CPU front, you’ll need a modern 6-core/12-thread processor or better. We tested the game on a Ryzen 5 5600X, and even when paired with an RTX 4070, the game occasionally dipped below 60 FPS at 1440p on High settings. If you’re on a lower-end CPU, we recommend using the in-game frame rate limiter to stabilize performance. Apart from that, adjusting a few settings can help deliver smoother gameplay.
Here are the best settings for Mecha Break:
Graphics Settings | Low | Recommended | Ultra |
---|---|---|---|
Rendering Quality | Low | High | Ultra |
Texture | Medium | Ultra | Ultra |
Depth of Field | Off | Off | Off |
Motion Blur | Off | Off | Off |
Interface Soft Lighting | On | On | On |
Global Illumination | Low | High | Ultra |
Screen Space Ambient Occlusion | Off | On | On |
Screen Space Reflection | Off | On | On |
Voulmetric Fog | Off | On | On |

Mecha Break also supports DLSS and FSR upscaling. If you’re on a system with limited VRAM, we highly recommend using upscalers alongside the optimized settings.
