Bulky Treasure is a special item that you can collect and trade for useful items in Monster Hunter Wilds. This is region exclusive, and if you are having trouble locating it, the following guide will explain how to get your hands on this special item. We will also go into detail about how you can use the item to improve your overall character progression and gameplay.
Where To Get Bulky Treasure in Monster Hunter Wilds?
Bulky Treasure is an item that you find exclusively in the Scarlet Forest region. You will be able to collect the item only when the Bountiful Treasure Emergence is underway. For those who aren’t familiar, Emergences are special events that occur throughout the day across the five different regional maps in Monster Hunter Wilds. During an Emergence, you are likely to find valuable and unique resources that you wouldn’t at other times.
In the Scarlet Forest region, when you open the map and look at the Environment Overview (Forecast tab), you’ll be informed when the Bountiful Treasure Emergence is active. When this event is active, look for the Bountiful Treasure harvesting spot on the map and make your way there as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the event will last for a limited time, and you’ll need to harvest the Emergence resources before it ends.
You can get more Bulky Treasure when looting the Bountiful Treasure spots while you have the Geologist skill active on one of your armor pieces or the Geologist charm equipped on your character.

How To Use Bulky Treasure in Monster Hunter Wilds
Bulky Treasure is a rarity 6 special item that you can use to trade with in-game merchants. In exchange for the item, you can receive a wide range of other useful resources. To trade this special item, head to the merchant in the Wudwud Hideout of the Scarlet Forest. His name is Musharpeye, and you can exchange the Bulky Treasure for the following items from him.
- 1x Bulky Treasure for 1x Uth Duna Cilia+
- 1x Bulky Treasure for 1x Lala Barina Mucus+
- 1x Bulky Treasure for 1x Great Hornfly
