Where To Find Charred Oilbone in Monster Hunter Wilds

Charred Oilbone can primarily be found in the Bonepiles at the Oilwell Basin. Look for the Bonepiles scattered at areas 3, 5, 7, and 8 of Basin. They appear as long-skeleton remains, and interacting with them grants three bones.

Along with Charred Oilbone, you will also get Sturdy Bone, Quality Bone, Mystery Bone, and Dragonbone Relic in Oilwell Basin. Since the Geologist skill increases the number of items when gathering, equipping this skill helps maximize your bone farming.

Once collected, Bonepiles take around 15 minutes to regenerate all these bones. You can travel to other regions and return later. Charred Oilbone can also be obtained by defeating Kranodath in both Low-Rank and High-Rank. Additionally, optional quests like ‘March of the Kranodath’ and ‘Talk About Hard Headed!’ reward Charred Oilbone upon completion.
