You cannot get Wyverian Bloodstone by simply slaying any monster or from random places in the game world. Instead, you have to undertake a special action to get your hands on it. The Wyverian Bloodstone is a drop that occurs when you destroy wounds on the bodies of Tempered monsters. Wounds are weakened areas that develop on the bodies of monsters as your battle with them progresses. You can use focus mode to direct your attacks toward a specific wound on the monster’s body.

In the case of tempered beasts, all wounds will glow in a blue light when you use focus mode. This should make it much easier to target these areas and collect Wyverian Bloodstone when you need it.
