There are several high-tier armor sets to craft in the game, especially if you wish to make your character powerful to match the mounting challenge. Some of the armor, however, require you to obtain monster parts. This can be a difficult task, especially in the heat of battle.

Monster Hunter Wilds’ Partbreaker skill will come in handy. It allows you to break monster parts with ease by increasing part damage. With the increased damage, you can focus and target the part you seek to obtain and then craft the armor you desire.

The Partbreaker Skill is an armor skill that increases part damage and damage dealt when conditions are met. You will find it easier to break large monster parts. Moreover, the skill increases damage dealt when you are destroying a wound with a Focus Strike.

The initial increase in part damage and damage dealt is only 10 percent, which is at Level 1. This may seem minor, but can be taken up all the way to 30 percent by maxing the skill out at Level 3. Since this skill is tied to pieces of equipment, you level it up by increasing the amount of equipped gear with the skill.

Equipment with this skill include G. Arkveld Helm α, Ajarakan Coil α, Ajarakan Coil β, Ajarakan Greaves β, High Metal Helm α, High Metal Mail α, Kranodath Mail α, Ajarakan Helm, Ajarakan Greaves, and more. Equip more and more of these pieces to increase your level.
