Each quest uses AoE circles to narrow your search. Special rarity drops demand patience and upgraded tools.

Moon Quests Guide for Dig It

The Moon expansion in Dig It introduces three unique quests. Each requires players to dig up a Special rarity item using an upgraded shovel. You will need to locate specific NPCs, follow AoE markers, and dig in the correct spots. Below is a detailed breakdown of each quest and how to complete them efficiently.

Save Snorfles Quest

To start this quest, find P’Tzreeqa, an NPC standing near a beach umbrella on the Moon. She will ask you to dig up Snorfles, a lost dog that is buried somewhere nearby.

1. Speak to P’Tzreeqa to begin the quest.
2. Once activated, an AoE circle will appear, marking the general digging area.
3. Use your shovel to dig within the highlighted area. Since Snorfles is a Special rarity item, it may take multiple attempts.
4. Once you find Snorfles, return to P’Tzreeqa to complete the quest.
5. Snorfles will remain in your inventory, allowing you to add him to your Collection page.

Director’s Cut Quest

To unlock this quest, locate Xteevon Spaceberg, an NPC wearing a popcorn bucket on his head. He stands next to a film camera and wants you to find the Director’s Cut film buried somewhere on the Moon.

1. Talk to Xteevon Spaceberg to accept the quest.
2. The game will highlight an AoE area where the Director’s Cut is buried.
3. Dig in this area until you retrieve the Special rarity item.
4. After finding the Director’s Cut, return to Xteevon Spaceberg to complete the quest.

Love You to the Moon and Back Quest

Jululus and Romulius, two alien NPCs relaxing on a picnic blanket near two tents, will give you this quest. They need you to dig up a Love Letter.

1. Find and talk to Jululus and Romulius to start the quest.
2. The game will provide an AoE marker showing the approximate location of the Love Letter.
3. Dig in this area using a strong shovel until you find the Special rarity item.
4. Return the Love Letter to Jululus and Romulius to finish the quest.

Each of these quests requires patience and persistence since Special rarity items do not always appear on the first dig. Make sure to use a high-quality shovel for better results. Keep an eye on the AoE markers to avoid digging in the wrong spots.
