In My Hero Academia, the Quirk Apprehension Test arc, i.e. the second arc of the series, is the shortest arc. The manga covers it in only three chapters, whereas the anime covered it in two episodes. It takes place after the Entrance Exam arc, and is focused on the students of Class 1-A showcasing the use of their abilities to their homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa, who threatened to expel them if he deemed them unfit to be Heroes.

On the other hand, the Final War arc is the longest arc in My Hero Academia. It spanned about 82 chapters overall. This arc was the culmination of every battle that occurred in the series so far, as it featured the final showdown between the Heroes and Villains to determine the fate of the world.

Should You Skip Any My Hero Academia Arc?

My Hero Academia is well-known for having an overall well-paced storytelling. It has an extremely small number of filler episodes here and there that fans may choose to skip. However, you shouldn’t skip any arc in particular, as each one adds valuable context to the overarching narrative.

That said, if you are short on time, you can choose to skip the Remedial Course arc, since majority of the fans consider this arc to be the most skippable out of all. This arc mainly focuses on Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki, and two Shiketsu High students taking a remedial course after failing the Provisional Hero License Exam. It builds on certain character aspects and serves as a breather after the impactful Shie Hassaikai arc. As such, it certainly is worth revisiting later on.
