Looking to step up your game in Lockover on Roblox? The game offers some really cool playstyles that can change how you perform on the field. Each playstyle comes with its own set of passive abilities and moves, letting you create different strategies for matches. From super rare Mythical styles to more common ones, there’s something for every player.

Getting the playstyle you want works through a drop system, and some are harder to get than others. The Mythical ones are the toughest to find with just a 1% chance, while Legendary playstyles show up 3% of the time. If you’re just starting out, you’ll probably get one of the Rare playstyles first, since they have a 96% drop rate.

The Top Tier: Mythical Playstyles

If you’re lucky enough to get a Mythical playstyle like Demon or Lazy Genius, you’re in for a treat. Both come with some great passive abilities. You’ll jump higher with Long Reach and move faster in the Goal Box with Goal Hanger. The Demon can pull off moves like High-Speed Dash and Bicycle Kick, while Lazy Genius players get to use the Antony Spin and Tackle Trap.

Step Up Your Game with the Clinical Finisher

The Clinical Finisher falls into the Legendary category, making it a bit easier to get than Mythical styles. It’s great for players who love scoring goals. You’ll move faster after stealing the ball with Heartbeat, and if someone tackles you, you can teleport right in front of them with Punishment. The Fast Kick and Power Shot abilities make scoring even easier.

Starting Out: Rare Playstyles

Don’t worry if you start with a Rare playstyle – they’re still really good. Wingers are all about speed, with abilities that let them move faster and longer. Defenders get Strong Tackle and better-sliding skills, while Dribblers are great at keeping the ball with moves like Quick Reflexes and Thief.

Getting Better with Your Playstyle

Every playstyle works best when you know how to use it. Forwards should use their speed boost near the goal, and Defenders can combine different tackle moves to stop attackers. If you’re playing as a Dribbler, you’ll want to practice using Quick Reflexes to keep the ball when others try to take it.

Pick What Works for You

Sure, some playstyles are harder to get than others, but they all have their strong points. Forwards are great at scoring, Defenders can stop almost any attack, and even the basic playstyles can work really well once you practice with them. Just pick what matches your style and have fun with it!
