Below, we’ve listed all the operators being tuned up in Operation Daybreak.
- Shields (Blitz, Montagne, etc.): Shields are nerfed in the upcoming season. Shield operators now have an ADS cancel each time they vault. Killing shield players is tough, especially when they ADS and vault with their gun aimed at you. With the new change, the ADS animation will cancel, leaving them exposed during the vault. This change will make shields less frustrating to deal with overall.
- Blackbeard: Blackbeard’s glass shield is being tweaked in the upcoming season. The shield, now tinted, will have distinct audio cues to improve clarity. You’ll know whenever the operator is ADS-ing, letting you deal with him accordingly.
- Jackal: Jackal is seeing a slight nerf that will change how the operator plays. Jackal’s scanner will not ping the enemy only once (down from 1-3). This means Jackal players must now rush to the hunt immediately instead of playing passively. This will change how Jackal players engage in entry fights across all maps.
- Jager: Jager’s ADS gadget will now be able to stop Capitao bolts and Gridlock trax. This will make chokehold setups even harder to deal with. Previously, you could just use a flame bolt to bypass the ADSs and push a defender out of a choke spot. Now, you have no option but to use all the utilities and force the defender out.
