The best way to improve Reputation in Rainbow Six Siege X is to be a good player and leave a positive impact on the match. Sticking to the following ways helps foster Positivity points:
- Send positive texts in each game. Something as simple as a ‘gg’ after a game adds to your points.
- You also get points for communicating with your team. The more you communicate, the better your Reputation.
- Getting commendations from teammates and the enemy team improves your standing. Being a positive presence is a good way to get commendations from teammates, even if you underperform in the match.

Avoid Being Negative
While being positive is great, you also have to avoid being negative. The game also allocates Negativity points, which decrease your Reputation. The following activities assign Negativity points:
- Being toxic in chat and sending negative messages. The game can detect offensive messages and will give Negative points if it detects any from you.
- If you’re talking trash, other players may report you. Being reported gets you Negativity points.
- Leaving before the end of a match gets you Negativity points.
- Teamkilling gets you Negativity points. However, if the kill was accidental and your teammate forgives you, you’re safe.
- Destroying team gadgets also nets you Negativity points.
