What is the Indestructible Drone in Repo? Learn more about the item, how to get it, and how you can use it the best.
The Repo player base has recently hyped the Indestructible Drone, but not everybody knows what this item does. To begin with, the drone itself doesn’t grant you “indestructibility.” It acts slightly differently compared to a Roll Drone that directly interacts with the players. The Indestructible Drone helps you move items to improve your productivity and lets you deal with the dangers at hand. In other words, it will make the selected item invincible so you can be carefree for a while.
Using the Indestructible Drone in REPO
The new co-op horror game allows a team of up to six players. While there is no compulsion to play with a full squad, it certainly makes things easier. However, even if you are playing with all of your friends, it can get difficult to protect fragile, expensive items with strange side effects in stressful situations. So, Cursed Doll, Fragile Box, and Music Box are all included in this.
You can press the assigned inventory key (1, 2, or 3) to equip your drone. Now, move it to the valuable item you wish to make indestructible and press E to activate it. The drone will now protect the chosen item from damage when it gets dropped or bumps into surfaces.
There is no cap on which item you can use it on. Its usefulness makes this drone a valuable asset on your adventures, especially if you like exploring hazardous areas in stressful situations and don’t wish to risk the money you are making in the game.
Finding the Indestructible Drone in REPO
Unfortunately, we haven’t found a way to obtain these Indestructible Drones for free in the game. But if you think they are worth the investment, you can buy them for $28K. These will be available at the Service Station. Players can find the shop between each level. However, the catch is that it won’t appear unless they have hit the Taxman’s quota.
The available stock keeps changing in the shop, so there is no guarantee that you will always find the Indestructible Drone there. You can save the game, quit to the main menu, and then load the game to rotate the available items. Once again, this is not a sure way of finding the drone in question, but it might help you out.
