Underground stockpiles in Rimworld Odyssey hold some of the game’s best and most valuable items or resources. However, you can easily miss out on these areas if you’re not careful. As rewarding as they are, the goods from these areas won’t make it to the surface on their own. Instead, you’ll need to help your colonists haul all these items back to the planet’s surface. In this guide, we’ll explain how you can loot the underground bunkers in Rimworld Odyssey.

How To Loot the Underground Bunkers in Rimworld Odyssey

After your pawns enter underground structures, you’ll have to choose the ‘Entrance Object’ option. Then, from there, choose ‘Leave’ and pick the items you want the pawn to bring back to the surface. This procedure works for drafted pawns. However, if it’s an undrafted pawn, they’ll simply bring all of your chosen items back to the surface on their own when their auto-haul setting is enabled.

You will have to click on ‘Leave’ for your pawns to be able to exit the underground bunkers. Otherwise, they’ll treat it as a separate map and won’t be able to get out. However, you don’t need to assign any tasks to the pawns manually for them to begin collecting the loot.

While every bunker is different, the following are some of the types of loot you can expect from these areas.

  • Gravlite panels and Gravcore parts
  • Chemfuel, Steel, and Uranium
  • Advanced Components
  • Sealed containers and crates
  • Rare items, including banned loot, devices, and boosters
  • Blocked hallways and traps.

Many of the bunkers have hidden areas that you can access by breaking down certain walls. Carefully scan the layout to figure out where most of the valuable loot could be. Miners and builders will help you access rooms beyond blocked walls. In some cases, you’ll need to explore multiple underground bunkers and look through various stockpiles. In these scenarios, make sure you use animals or shuttles to move the larger hauls.
