Kagune are special fighting styles exclusive to the Ghoul faction in Ghoul://RE. If you choose the Investigator faction instead, you can use Quinques. The game allows you to create new characters and reset your progress so you can always switch between the two. Ghoul://RE: How To Get All Kagune
You need 5,000 RC Cells to unlock your first Kagune. As you keep playing the game and devouring enemies or other players, you will naturally acquire RC Cells. Once you have 5,000 of the currency, drop your HP to below 50%. If you meet the requirements, the game tells you that you are ready to unlock your Kagune. You will get a random Kagune for your character.
If you are unhappy with the Kagune you get, you can reroll it. Head to the Ghoul Point Exchange menu using the shopping man menu, and you can reroll for 20 Ghoul Points. The game regularly offers Ghoul Points via quests and boss fights. Different Kagune have different playstyles, so you should try them out before deciding if you should reroll them or not.
The game allows you to skip the grind by paying for Kagune Type Rerolls directly. The reroll items are priced at 299 Robux. The premium currency has regional pricing. So, check your in-game store to see how much the reroll costs in your region.
