Runescape Dragonwilds is available in Early Access now. Here’s a Roadmap to prepare all the loyal players.
Runescape Dragonwilds began its Early Access journey on April 15. Players seem to be enjoying the experience so far, anticipating what could come next. Luckily for them, Jagex has revealed some of its plans regarding the game’s future. We have access to this roadmap. So, buckle up because the roadmap might contain something you are already excited about.
What To Expect From the Runescape Dragonwilds Early Access?
Those who crave new and exciting content will be happy with the roadmap that Jagex has laid out. There will be a new region and a new Dragon Overlord to keep things fresh before the Early Access comes to an end. Don’t be disappointed, though, this is not all that is planned. The roadmap for the Early Access of Runescape Dragonwilds and the features that are under development at Jagex are as follows:
- New enemy types (Lesser Dragons)
- New Dragon Slayer gear
- Masterwork weapons
- Expanded Base/Homesteading/Building Defences
- Hardcore Mode
- New Critters/Animals
- New Vaults
- New Crafting Tiers
- Raising Skill Caps
Unfortunately, there is no fixed date for the release of any content listed above. However, we know that these features could be coming to the game before it leaves Early Access in early 2026.
Improving the Early Access Features in Runescape Dragonwilds
As you are reading this article, Jagex is working on tweaking certain features in their game. These ongoing improvements are:
- Messaging & Tutorialisation
- Combat
- Performance
- Multiplayer & Difficulty
- Lighting & Weather
Although pretty much all the listed features are satisfying for a game in Early Access, community feedback and experimentation are how the game will eventually rule everyone’s hearts and set an example in the gaming industry.
