To obtain Shock Bulbs in Runescape Dragonwilds, you need to put up a fight with one of the dangerous plants of Ashenfall.
The world of Runescape Dragonwilds contains a wide variety of resources for players to gather and utilize. While some are obtained by mining stones, others are gathered by slaying creatures. Moreover, a few are acquired even by killing plants—yes, one such material is Shock Bulbs, also known as Shocking Plant Bulbs. Killing one of the dangerous plants in the game—Wild Lapulis Vine—drops this herb-type resource.

Where To Find Shock Bulbs in Runescape Dragonwilds
Shock Bulbs are exclusively dropped by killing the hostile plant Wild Lapulis Vine. You can find them in Stormtouched Highlands, the region located to the west of Fractured Plains. Stormtouched Highlands is notorious not only for its frequent lightning strikes but also for its dangerous wildlife.
At first glance, Wild Lapulis Vine might resemble a normal cactus, but don’t be fooled. As you approach, it becomes aggressive and reveals its true form. Watch out for its electrical attacks during the fight. Upon defeating the Wild Lapulis Vine, it drops Shock Bulbs.
How To Use Shock Bulbs in Runescape Dragonwilds
While the in-game description lists Shock Bulbs as a herb used in making potions, so far, they serve as an ingredient only in the Meat Pizza recipe. To make a Meat Pizza, you need two Shock Bulbs along with six Onion, nine Raw Rat Meat, and nine Raw Bestial Meat.
Apart from the above recipe, Shock Bulbs are essential for completing the Dog Days side quest. During the quest, you need to gather three Shock Bulbs alongside two Ram Horns to perform a purification ritual. Completing the quest rewards you with the Garou Highborn’s Cloak.
