The Laundromate is one of the businesses you can purchase in Schedule 1. You can access the business by simply progressing through the main story. This business allows you to do some money laundering and passively get some extra cash. Aside from that, there is another reason why you need to buy and use this business in the game.
Every in-game week, you are only allowed to deposit around $10,000 in cash in the ATM. This means you will have to find other ways to make use of your excess cash on hand. This is where you need the Lanudromat. “You can launder your cash for a while, and it will return to you with additional funds.

Where To Buy Laundromat in Schedule 1
You can buy the Laundromat from Ray’s Real Estate for $4,000 in-game cash. You can find it just a few blocks from your destroyed RV. Check the map below for the exact location.
It’s a long way from the Motel or one of your houses. Make sure to avoid the police if you bring any illegal drugs with you when going to the location. Once you purchase the business, you can proceed to the Laundromat in the middle of the map. Head to the door leading to the back part of the building to start your laundering business.
How to Launder Money in Schedule 1
Before anything else, make sure you have money on hand. If none, go to the nearest ATM and withdraw some money, at least $2,000 in cash. Afterward, proceed to enter the Laundromat and begin operations.
Access the computer at the back of the building. Get close to the computer and press E on your keyboard to manage the laundering business. Click the Launder button and select how much money you are willing to use for the business.
Once the operation is ongoing, you’ll need to wait 24 in-game hours, that is around 12 minutes in real life, to get your money back with a bonus. You can repeat the steps over and over again to continuously gain passive income.
Once you make progress in the game, you will be able to purchase more businesses and improve your money laundering schemes. Some businesses, including the Post Office and Taco Ticklers, will eventually be unlocked for purchase as you play the game and earn more money.
