Completing the Cross Section Mission in Split Fiction
The mission begins with Mio and Zoe in a shared fantasy environment. However, this joy does not last long as new visuals quickly appear, introducing different difficulties. The visuals then switch from fantasy to sci-fi. Afterwards, a new section of lily pads emerges at the center.
Stay focused since every change brings new risks and necessitates fast thinking to survive. To overcome the obstacles that lie ahead, timing and accuracy are crucial, as all the sections except lily pads will turn into a pond full of piranhas.
The lily pads section will shrink to a square, and this square will move across the screen. Your task is to keep track of this square and move along it. Shortly after, Rader will switch the environment to space trucks. You have to jump from one space truck to another. As you do, droplets will fall on the screen, and each droplet reveals obstacles such as a shredding machine, a lava pit, and piranhas.
Soon, the environment is reversed to a fantasy world. Immediately after this, the screen is divided into four quadrants, each showing different things like a shredding machine, piranhas’ pond, space trucks, and lily pads. The edges of the quadrants begin rotating like a windmill, challenging you to stay on the lily pads. One wrong move could send you in front of the piranhas or the shredding machines.
At last, the screen settles on the fantasy world and space truck. Rader will close the screen with his hands, and a white flash will appear, marking an end to the current sub-chapter.
