Changing the controls to your liking is fairly easy. Simply head to Options on the main menu. This will open up a new page where you can edit the Game, Camera, Input, Accessibility, and Sound settings. First, select Input from the options.

You can manually change the settings for both Mio and Zoe and not be confined by your partner’s preferences. Both players can have their own personalized set of controls.

You also have the choice to change your method of inputting the controls. For scenarios where you have to repeatedly press a button, you can swap the settings between the traditional button mash, holding a button, or simply having it automatically solved.

You can edit the spin prompts to just having to hold the joystick in any one direction. The wiggle prompts can also be edited as well. You can either choose to rotate the joystick, hold the joystick in one direction, or just have it automatically solved.
