The SRI Crime Boss is a multiphased boss you have to fight while riding bikes in Split Fiction. Here’s a guide to help you win this fight.
Split Fiction is a co-op game where two players each control characters named Zoe and Mio in an adventure through various chapters. One of the chapters is called Neon Revenge, where players are put in a futuristic city. At the end of this chapter, there is a boss fight with The SRI Crime Boss, who has been taunting players throughout the chapter.
This is a multiphased boss that you need to complete entirely while riding the bikes. This guide has explained The SRI Crime Boss’s mechanics and how you can defeat it in Split Fiction.
The SRI Crime Boss in Split Fiction – Phase 1
The boss fight starts with both players splitting off on their bikes. The boss’s arena is huge, so use it to your advantage to maintain distance. The boss has multiple attacks it can do simultaneously, which we will get to soon, but you have to remember that most of the attacks leave the ground in a burning state, which you need to avoid going through.
You need to shoot at the boss using your bike by holding the handbrake or shift. This does a quick burst of damage to the boss. There are blue orbs scattered around the arena that you need to go through to obtain ammo for the bike. Be careful of all the attacks while doing so.
The attacks that The SRI Crime Boss can do are quite devastating. The most common attack in Phase 1 is a bomb barrage, where it throws out bombs that leave the ground burning on explosion. There will be a red circle on the ground where the bomb drops that you can see to avoid them.
The boss can also shoot at the players with its mounted gun, so try not to stick together too much. There is also a shockwave attack the boss does occasionally that can cover the entirety of the arena, which you need to jump over to avoid taking hits. Finally, when dropped to half health, the boss spawns flying drones that you can use normal attacks to defeat. Brings its health down to zero to start its second phase.

The SRI Crime Boss in Split Fiction – Phase 2
After depleting the boss’s health bar, it goes to the middle of the arena and transforms into a whole different machine. It now has three octopus-like mechanical arms, which it uses to stay high above the ground. The attacks the SRI Crime Boss now does are different.
When the boss moves and touches the ground with one of the mechanical arms, a large shockwave goes through, which you need to jump to avoid. When it lifts its mechanical arms, the place where it stepped on gets covered with fire that you need to avoid.
The SRI Crime Boss now shoots lasers from its body, which not only does damage but also sets the ground on fire. The laser goes in a line in front of the player, which they can jump across to avoid getting hit.

Damaging the SRI Crime Boss in Final Phase
To damage the boss, first destroy all three of its mechanical arms. Shoot the lowest part of the arm that glows green and whittle down the health bar on it. Each arm has its separate health bar that you need to bring down. Once all the arms are done for, the boss drops to the ground, revealing two ramps that players have to drive on. Be careful while approaching the boss, as it also sends out shockwaves while being down.
Drive on the ramp, which propels you high in the air, where you can attack the boss’s weak point. Shooting the weak points deals massive amounts of damage. As you land on the ramp, you get a blue sphere, which refills your ammo. Turn your bike to repeat the same process once again. If the SRI Crime Boss gets up, break its mechanical arms again and shoot its weak points the same way as before to defeat it.
