Summit1g Enraged at OnlyFangs Guild After Being Replaced For World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore Raid

OnlyFangs guild members replaced Summit1g in a World of Warcraft raid without notifying him causing the streamer to rage.

Twitch streamer Jaryd “Summit1g” Lazar voiced his discontent with the OnlyFangs World of Warcraft guild after some members dropped him from a Hardcore raid without notifying him. The streamer was upset at the other players and said he didn’t want to play with them ever again.

Veteran Twitch streamer Chance “Sodapoppin” Morris founded the streamer-only OnlyFangs guild in October 2023. The guild accepts streamers only, and it has attracted some of the biggest names on Twitch to the guild. With Summit1g feeling betrayed by the other streamers, he said he might never raid World of Warcraft ever again.

None of the guild leaders have publicly spoken about the ongoing controversy. No one from OnlyFangs allegedly informed Summit1g that the raid was rescheduled. This is the second time that the streamer has had an issue with the clan. In November 2024, the streamer clashed with Sodapoppin over the clan’s existing rules.

Why Did OnlyFangs Drop Summit1g?

The Hardcore raids at OnlyFangs are massive events that generate a lot of viewership. 40 streamers played together in the previous Onyxia raid and secured over 240,000 concurrent viewers in their run. Summit1g was listed as one of the raiders for a Molten Core raid on February 22, 2025.

It is unknown which streamers rescheduled the raid and why they didn’t invite Summit1g. The streamer told his viewers:

“They moved the raid an hour prior, found out twenty minutes before, so we had to replace Summit, see that’s the type of sh*t that makes me never want to play again. I get instant replaced in a raid because I get told the wrong time. And I’m still waking up at the b*tt crack of f*cking dawn. That’s the type of sh*t that makes me not want to play.”

Summit expressed frustration with the clan’s decision and stated that he no longer wanted to play with them. He has yet to receive a response from the clan members explaining why they dropped him without notice.

OnlyFangs Lost Multiple Members in 2025

Summit1g stopped streaming World of Warcraft and moved to The Veil since the incident. It is unknown if the streamer will ever return to playing with the OnlyFangs guild. Summit is not the first member to part ways with OnlyFangs this year over a raid.

Former guild leader Tyler “Tyler1” Steinkamp quit the clan after facing issues coordinating with other streamers during a raid. The guild removed Jason “Thor” Hall for similar reasons. In Thor’s case, he seemingly raged at multiple streamers and left a raid midway to block their progress.

Both Tyler1 and Thor seemingly caused players to die in-game due to their actions, leading to serious consequences in World of Warcraft’s Hardcore mode. When players die, they lose items and progress on those characters in the Hardcore realm. Since items are non-transferable, every raid and event the OnlyFangs streamers participate in comes with high stakes. Losing characters or missing out on activities has sparked multiple confrontations among the guild’s members since its inception.
